Eheim 2215 Media?

Ive got a eheim 2215 on my tank and at the moment it has the 6 course filter pads 1 fine pad and 1 carbon pad whats the best media to put in it as there are a few different types on the market or is it best to leave as it is?

I think it would be best to get some bio-media. I think you can get this stuff called alphagrog, which should work well. The great thing about the eheims is that you can put whatever you want in the canister.
