ill buy it brand new so what ever it comes with. I was thinking what if i just changed my power head in my juwel to a more powerfull one wouldnt this be a good???

most wont come with anything, you have to buy the media seperatly.
look for one that says "set" on the box, this will include the media and a spray bar kit.

IMHO Juwel filters are ok, but if you can afford an external go for it, they are far superior.
also you won't have an ugly black box taking up space in your tank (once you remove it)

i was going to run both as im housing mbuna in the tank so thought the 2 filters would be better

I paid (if I remember correctly) £50 fully inclusive a few months ago. Great filter - once you get the knack of priming !
