hi i ordered one of these from charterhouse aquatics way back in december now they keep teling me its not been released yet!

question is does anyone on here know when it will be released cuz 3 months is a long time to wait for somthing and it doesnt say its not out on the website link is below so ppl can look

any help appreciated

Anywhere I look, apart from Charterhouse, it just says "coming soon".

Had a quick look on Eheim's site and it says released October 2006.

What have Charterhouse said about it - surely they should have a "not available yet" on their site

exactly what i thought they keep telling me the wholesaler doesnt know when its released but i wouldnt of spent nearly 300 quid had i know i was gonna have to wait this long i might cancel it and import one from germany there out there at least!

I've heard of folks running them here in the US for a few months. Maybe it's a UK problem. That would be strange, as Germany is much closer to the UK than the US.

thats the 2080 tolak mate ive bought the 2180 the 2180 has a 500w heater built in better for me cuz i dont want to burn my bicirs as they are stupid enough to lie on the heater

thats not good news for me then. i ordered one on-line last night with charterhouse aquatics. i'll ask for a refund if that happens to me, as they clearly are advertising them as in stock! if they think they can take £289 for something they can not supply they have another thing coming! it was a big descision to fork out that much cash!
