Eheim 2026 Pro

hi,
Am looking to get a new external filter,does anyone use the eheim 2026 pro,is it a good filter.Is it easy to maintain & is it fairly quiet ? I have a juwel vision 180 with built in filter running,would the 2026 be correct one or should i go for next one up?

I have the Eheim 2026 professional 2 external filter for my Juwel Rio 180 and it is a superb filter. It is easy to maintain and i keep my filter in the cabinet and can't hear a sound from it. This filter is for tanks up to 350 litres so it will be more than good enough for your tank. I would really recommend this filter.

I bought mine from ebay for £112 including p&p, i searched loads of the UK online fish shops but i could'nt find cheaper than ebay.

you cant go wrong replacing your jewel with any suitable eheim

I have that filter on my Vision 260. Its fantastic.

Think will order one,certainly sounds good.will still keep juwel one aswell,then i am covered if any of them fail.

one more the the Choir! Its a great filter, and I just bought one a month ago. Its very quiet, but one word of warning, make sure that you dont touch the red safety shutoff lever between the hoses when your reattaching it! what a flood!

Got 2026's on both my Vision 180's - haven't had any problems with them, can't hear them, easy to maintain, all the above, etc
