Eggs On Hood

whilst doing some gardening i found some redish eggs on the underside of my tank hood near the lights, it is a good few inches above the water line how did they get there or could they be something other than eggs?

I didn't even notice my apple snail clutch untill my tank was covered in babies

goin off topic a bit how big of a bio load will they have? they are only a couple of mm's but there are loads

to get an idea of the size lol... has to be mega zoomed in to see them... well if you know how small ADF's are you will realise how small the baby snail is
