Anyways, caught this on film the other day, and other than the damn flash, I think it runed out rather cute. So here is my tarantula Edgar, saying hello to her fans.

Heehee! Thanks for all the wonderful replies. I just love my Edgar...she's the cutest.

As for the name Edgar, she got it becasue when we first bought her we thought "she" was a "he". We thought Edgar was a good name for a spider so we started calling her that. Then a little while later we learned how to sex Tarantulas and found out that our Edgar was really a little girl. But by that time the name had stuck.

Yes she is very soft and furry...I hold her all the time.

And no you can't eat her...hairs might get caught in your throat.
