Ebay Overstock :(

This is nothing! These goldfish are lucky compared to most: most are stuffed in a unfiltered bowl with 2 other goldfish.

It's good he is selling them though, it means he realizes his errors and is seeking a way to solve them/ get them off his conscience.

Yeah, I know someone with 3 4 inch goldfish in a bowl... I tried to explain what they needed but she said her previous ones lasted 2 years.  :/

Anyhow... none the less, these fish are still horribly overstocked and hopefully they end up with someone that will keep them properly.

In the contents of that auction it lists "bubble"... How do you sell a bubble?

Did you tell her that their natural life span is 5-7 times that amount?

I'd love to live in a bubble. I wonder where I can buy one....

Looks like an unfiltered bowl to me - my bet is it doesnt usually look that pristine either and that hes cleaned it up for the photo - no decoration - nothing!

My big Brother is like that. He has a goldfish in a little plastic tank

I keep telling him it needs bigger and he needs to test the and partially change the water sometimes, but he just fills it back up with chlorinated water from the tap whenever it gets low.
 Will he listen ? Nope.

When I empty my 60 litre tank next week I'm planning on telling him that his fish has died and i flushed it, but really imma kidnap his goldfish when he's at work bringing it home to my 60 litre and at least give him a slightly better home.

Doh! Didn't notice lack of filtration.

Sounds like a plan b3cca. Isnt that illegal though? It's okay. I won't turn you in.

Haha maybe Talltree, but the fish is nicer than my brother, so the fish wins.

It worked on Free Willy so it must be okay lol

Who knows next I may be realeasing all the poor animals from zoo's and medical labs as well, this is just the start

In the other pictures it has a filter and decor.

I have that same filter in my 10g tank, certainly not big enough for 3 large goldfish.

I'll go with you on that. :)
Maybe wish should have a AFA ( animal freedom act ) and go around freeing all animals that aren't properly cared for :D

That'd be a big commitment though.....
However I'm sure that the 90, 000 people on this forum would lend a hand.

If you rescue a fish without permission, he'll probably just get a replacement fish and start all over again?
