dying fish

I recently added 10 neon tetras to my new tank containing 3 red bellied pirrahna. Everything was fine at first but when i checked the tank this morning, the neons were fine but i can't find my 3 pirrahna's. Can anyone help?

Thanks, the neons are now a lot bigger than they were yesterday and don't seem to want to eat anything!
