Dying Eel

My eel is on his back breathing but not moving. He's been like this since yesterday and i can't get him to eat. He looks thin and has patches where it looks like his pattern hs rubbed off. What can i do?

Personally sounds like a goner to me...

Do you have a hospital tank to put him in? Also If you go to your LFS you could tell them it's syptoms and if they can't figure out what is wrong then treat him with a general treatment.
