 Hi, I have had tropicals for years, including Angels. I decided to buy some small babies to start a tank for angels only. I bought 5 and put them in isolation which has a few guppie and cories. The fish appeared healthy and were bought at Petco. Within 3 days they all died. I asssumed it was a bad batch and bought 2 more from a different tankat the same store. They both died within 48 hours. The other fish are fine, the water test fine as well. Can anyone tell me what may be the problem?
Thanks, Browneyes :-(

If the shop water parameters and your water parameters are very different from each other, then possibly the shock is killing them. Have you checked ph and nitrates - even temperature differences can be fatal.

 I suspect ph difference etc.
Ask for a sample of fish shops water to test agianst your own. :)
If even more or less the same. :D
Float the fish in bag for 15 mins, then add 25%of tank water to bag. -_-
After 10 mins more repeat 25% water adding. :D
Now after a further 10 mins add fish to tank. :)
All should be a ok
