Dyeing Platy

I have a male platty that I have owned for roughly 6 months. Latley i have wondered if he is ok because he would be swimming with his body paralell to the tank, his tail end would be lower then the the rest of his body but not by too much. Today i see he is at the bottom of the tank moving little but he does move when i go near him with the net. At first i thought maybe its nitrites but everything is ok according to my test kit and the other fish are healthy (apparently) and swiming fine with no sign of diease...I am going to change my charcaol filter and sponge is there anything else i can do? ayone knwo what the problem is?

Do you have enough filtration? What type of filtration are you using?

Its only a 10 gallon tank so I have a AquaClear Mini
I am doing a water chance and i just replaced the charcoal and sponge. He seems to be able to swim away from the net but otherwise he lays almost on his side at the bottom of the tank and doesnt move
