I'm planning on keeping a Dwarf Puffer in a five gallon tank with some live plants. Do you have any advice. I am not going to keep any other fish with them and my dad has plenty of live bloodworm and baby snails to feed it.

If your tank is cycled properly I think you probably pretty much got the trick to it already! a 5 G planted species only tank sounds perfect! Only thing I can think of is, make sure you have sand on the bottom instead of gravel :)

Try feeding brine shrimp, ghost shrimp, daphnia and other types of live/frozen food once in a while as a treat so the diet wont excist of bloodworms only.

Good luck!

Great thanks. Got a puffer now and just fed it some frozen white mosqiuto lava and a few baby snails. He's soooooooooooo cool.
