Dwarf Puffer with grey eye :(

I have a DP who has one bright clear black eye, and one which is cloudy, and has what looks to be a tiny flap of skin on the apex of the eye. Whats goin on?

Sharing the tnk with other dwarfs? If so, it's almost certainly a bite injury, dwarfs like to go for the eyes of other fish.
The eye might go back to normal or he might lose it, but either way, as long as it doesn't get infected it should heal ok. Puffers heal fast.

maybe a dose of Melafix wouldn't go amiss.
