Dwarf Puffer Info Needed!

How many could I keep in a 10g?
How big do they get?
Are ottos ok with them?
They eat snails, right?
Do they ever puff?
Are they very sensitive? I have pretty good tap water, 7.2ish PH.

Can I have them in a planted tank?
Gravel or sand?

I would suggest 3 dwarf puffers in a very well planted (so that the line of sight is broken up)10 gal tank
They only get about 1.5 inch
Yes the will eat snails including the nusence ones that come along with plants
I actually have ottos in the tank with mine without any problems but other people suggest bristle nose pleco instead.
They puff only when seriously startled or scared, if you see this fish puff there is somthing seriously wrong taking place. You should not buy this fish expecting to see it puff trust me the little guys have so much more going for them beside that ability.
I would only suggest a very well planted tank

I personally wouldn't suggest corries as they will get their fins very seriously nipped and they are a very active fish.

So they won't eat flake? Will they eat ghost shrimp?

I haven't had mine touch flake or anything other than thawed previously frozen blood worms.

Yes I do some eat ghost shrimp while other entirely ignore them

Apparently not, it floats on the top of the water, they may inhale, air, causing them to puff. Not good, especially with air.
