hello all, my dwarf gouramis seem fine but i've notioced they have little white raised dots in the centre of there eyes, what is this and how do i fix it?

the little fellows are in a 40l tank, 28 degrees, ph 7, hardness 120, nitrite 0, ammonia 0

there are 3 dwarf gouramis, i bristlenose cat, 5 dwarf pencilfish and a male betta i do regular water changes .

please help :)

thanks from kat

Need water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph as that tank is overstocked for a 8gal, any signs of flicking and rubbing on objects, or laboured breathing.

hey, the only one i didnt give you is nitrite because i dont have a test for it. The tank has been up and running for 6 months now, the fish themselves seem fine, havnt seen the rubbing on the rocks, no labored breathing, only symptom so far is the eyes.

and i know the tank is overstocked, im doing water changes twice a week because of this.

once again:
ph 7.0
hardness 120
ammonia 0
nitrite 0
28 degreese C

How big is the spots on the eye, as when you get white specks on the eye is eye flukes, and i think spots on the eye is eye flukes too but not sure.
