Dwarf Gourami -spots appeared

Would appreciate any advice. We have had her for a couple of weeks. We also got a male dwarf Gourami at the same time. We have a bristle nose catfish and some black neons in the tank. The female dwarf Gourami has now got red / brown marks on one side ( injuries?). Is this likely to be one of the other fish? Any advice much appreciated.

I think she is in fact a he.
Could be fighting marks, but also symptoms of DGD to which especially the blue ones are very prone.
