ok so basically my powder blue striped dwarf gourami has 2 white spots that are like a injury almost and idk if its ich or not. I have had him for 9 months and he is in a spongfiltered-heavily planted tank. h \e is constantly guping air but undewater. he still eats and is attracted to food but idk what to do please help.
