Dwarf gourami looking rough

Greetings

Whilst feeding the fish today I noticed dwarf gourami looks rough as hell, he seemed OK yesterday

He's got white patches on his body, I've read that stress can cause this but he's not stressed and none of the other fish are bullying him
He has been sticking in one spot next to filter for a few days

Any help greatly appreciated

How warm are you keeping him and what’s the water surface agitation like ? They prefer warm and still water .
