Dwarf Gourami Ill?

hi, my dwarf gourami has had really long clear poo for a few days now, he seems fine now but i was just wondering if there was anything wrong with him? thanks

water parameters?
tank size?
other occupents of the tank?
how often do you do water changes and how much? - do you dechlorinate?
How long has the tank been up and running?
did you cycle the filter- how ?

this could be a sign of internal parasites, probably should wait for someone more experienced though

How much has he been pooping? my gourami had the same problem ans several days later he had ich.

Has he been eating? clear poo can be parasites, bacterial or from not eating. To help, we really need to know the information listed above.
