Hi,
Ok so I posted earlier on how I bought 2 frogs and one was missing a foot. It didnt look so bad but today Im noticing that theres white fuzzy stuff on his foot - maybe fungas?
Anyways hes in a tank with other fish and I dont want the fungas (if its fungas) to spread. Should I issolate him and treat him?
I really have no experience with these frogs so any help would be great! ;)

i don't think a fungus is necessarily contagious...if the other fish have abrasions they may form a fungus, but just because the frog has it doesn't necessarily mean the fish will get it too...if possible, though, i would isolate it just so you can give it personalized attention...how you treat frogs, though, i'll have to leave to someone else!

Thanks abstract!

Ok now, how do I treat a frog???

Thanks!

Mariah,

Inchworm is quite knowledgeable about African Dwarf Frogs. I'm sure if you PM'd her she would help you out if she could. I have three frogs myself, but I've never experienced any kind of fungus on them. :dunno:
