Hey i have notice that inside my 46 gallon tank there seems to be dust. It looks like its dust but its not. If i look at the tank there are like a lot of little white dots everywhere in the water. It looks as if when someone dust a furniture peace dust goes flying eveywhere well thats how it looks inside the tank. My tank has only been set up for about almost 3 weeks and there is only 1 fish in it. Is this normal or is it something that i can correct. I changed the water every week. Ant help is great. Thax.

What type of filtration do you have? Did you wash the gravel thouroghly when you set up the tank? When I set up my 75G 5 months ago I didn't wash the gravel good enough. After a bunch of water changes and gravel vacuuming I finally got the dust out. I hope this helps. I don't know what else it could be.

Are you sure? It bothers me it looks like my fish is swimming in dirrty water and i dont like that feling.
If your fish are looking happy then why worry. After all in the wild these fish probably live under murkier conditions. The clear water is for us :)

Yeah i was everything. It seems to be less of dust but i was thinking if i can buy a sponge from the fish store and clean the tank glass on the inside? it's a glass tank so what kind of sponge do i need to get?

Ok silly post, but do you use any sort of areation? I have a veturi on my fluval and the only reason i turned it off is that i get a "dirty" tank, well it looks dirty, its just really small bubbles that circulate around the tank.
