Well I finally found out what is wrong with my test kits today. Nothing!!! 
I thought it was wrong because I was getting different numbers on two different test kits for ammonia but then I realized what one color is suppose to look like so instead of thinking I had 1.2 I really had around 4 PPM of ammonia in the tank.. Now that I changed about 80% of the water I know what the colors are suppose to look like so now my readings match. That means my ammonia was way above 5PPM a while back heh... Now I'm making some progress.. lol
