Dry Skimming Vs Wet Skimming

I just got a new skimmer (Coralife 125G) and I was wondering what other people do as far as skimming Dry or wet and why?

I always wet skim....there are arguments for both, but skimming resonably wet has always worked for me! easier to clean out too
