my danio has dropsy wat can i do

First thing I would do is if you have a QT tank put him in there as dropsy can be contagious.

I hate to inform you of this... I have never had a fish recover from dropsy. I have lost at least 5 Rosy Barbs and a few danios. I tried salt, and medication and nothing worked for me.

I hope you have better luck than I did
