A question about one of the yellow tetras in my tank, every time it stops actively moving its tail drops (sinks a bit) like it is heavy or something. Is this something I should be worrying about or is it not a problem?

to help you better we need a bit more info.
what are your water parameters?
what size tank is it in?
how many "yellow" tetras do you have? (what is yellow tetra anyways?)
what tank mates do you have?
have you added anything to the set up within the last fortnight. plants, fish decor etc?
how long has the tank been set up?

The tank has been set up for 4 months with no changes in the last couple of months. I only have 2 yellow tetras, it was all the fish shop had I know that more would be better for schooling fish,
They share the tank with albino corys, neons, x ray tetras and a couple of dalmation mollies and 1 male guppy. I dont have parameters for the water. It is a 75 litre tank with a fluval 104 external filter.
I do a 15% water change every week. They get fed flakes and bloodworms

you really need to find out the tank parameters.
the droopy tail could be an indication of poor water chemistry
specifically find out
ammonia
nitrIte
nitrAte
and pH
if you water is fine then we can look for other causes
like bacterial, parasitical etc.
