Hi all, can someone scan in a pic of the paper that corresponds to the amount of CO2 in the tank please. I seem to have lost mine.

When i first put in the mix the drop checker turns blue, this after a while turns greenish and fluctuates between light green to greeny blue.

Thanks in advance.

Paul.

the drop checker should be stable at green. if its blue you need more CO2, if its yellow you have too much CO2 in the tank

Agreed.

If you are needing the paper then you are probably using tank water and the solution that comes with the drop checker.

This method is not very reliable because of the fluctuations of your tank water.

You should really buy or make some 4dKH reference solution and then add bromo blue (or ph test kit drops if they are bromo blue based) and then just go by blue - low, green OK, yellow - high.

I tend to keep mine a light green just short of yellow.

WOW sounds difficult (Although you dont call yourself super coley for nothing!). Indeed, i do use the stuff that comes with the drop checker. I use it neat though (if i remember correctly.) The drop checker is constantly submerged in the tank.... as it should be. I guess i will just go with the blue = bad, green = good, Yellow = too much.

I just recently added more plants to my tank (see my link at the bottom) and my CO2 is constantly blueish, so i am going to have to add some more CO2. Thanks guys for replying sooo promptly.

Heres a colour crart for refrence, I lost mine as well.
