Toyin has some great fish. I have bought fish from him several times and they are always in great condition. This type of lungfish is really cool looking and gets rather aggressive with tankmates as it gets bigger.
The fish you're looking at is Protopterus aethiopicus congicus, one of the African lungfish. They are great fish and are fascinating to watch but there are a few caveats if you're considering keeping one. First of all, most of the Protopterus species get quite large and P. aethiopicus congicus can eventually reach a meter (39 inches) in length. Obviously an adult will require a rather substantial aquarium. Secondly, most lungfish don't play well with others and they have a formidable bite which can even be dangerous to the aquarist who isn't careful (there are reported cases of large lungfish removing entire fingers from unwary fishermen). Even larger fish aren't always safe from a lungfish, which has the capacity to remove large pieces from other fish rather than having to swallow them whole.
I have one Protopterus (a Toyin fish) that has an aquarium all to itself.
I can recommend Toyin very highly from personal experience if you ever decide you want to purchase any fish from him.
