my drift woods got all this fuzz on it and i simply want a fish or cat fish that can eat it off...

are there any?

Bristlenoses, Ancistrus species will graze over patches of algea within the tank.

I heard of this before. It's some kind of algae. This guy had a piece of driftwood doing the same thing, he cleaned it off and it would grow back. His chineese algae eater wouldn't eat either. He added a molly and the thing cleared off the whole piece of wood. Thats all I can tell ya
