Drawf Puffer Fresh or Brackish water?

I'm thinking of setting up a 5 gal for a single dwarf puffer but when I was doing research on the web I was confused are they fresh water or a brackish water fish. Or can they be kept with both.

lol nevermind then I just re read the pinned topics I thought drawf puffer went under Carinotetraodon travancorius great to know that they are fresh water fish.
