Dragon stone not being inert????

So I just started cleaning my dragon rock and just decided to put some vinegar on it to see what would happen... And it I could hear it fizzing but it didnt bubble much... I'm confused as to what to do. Im thinking I can just soak all the rock in vinegar and let it eat away at all the non-inert stuff... Wdyat?

Yep, soak it up in acid or vinegar until it stop sizzling.
