Double whammy-FEMALE BETTA SICK

I have never had a female betta before a couple of months ago, and now she is sick. She seems bloated and has a few scales missing. She also has a small ulcer on her side. She isn't eating much and not swimming like before.............do you think it is a parasite? What do you all rec?

Is this the female mentioned in your sig,in the 55?

Maybe she's being picked on, I'd remove her to a gallon or 2g tank and give her a shot of bettamax
