dorsal clamped, but everything else seems normal

Matrims dorsal fin is clamped. I just noticed it yesterday and have no idea how long is has been that way. And he doesn't flare at the female I put next to his tank. Water temp was at 76 so I put the tank heater in to heat things up a bit to see if that helped. I just unplugged it cause it's now at somewhere between 80-82F. I just did a water change yesterday and added a pinch of salt, all water perameters are good. He is eating fine and is as active as ever. I gave him some blood worms for the first time yesterday. Could that be it? Maybe he's lonely. I have been thinking about getting an AFD or a ghost shrimp or 2 to put in with him. If anything, the ghost shrimp will make a good snack! B)
