Dog Bone

I have 3 dogs so buy lots of real bones they hollow it out so its like a nice tunnel i am thinking of putting them in my fish tank as clown loach tunnels after boiling them for twenty mins first. Does anyone think its a good idea? Has anyone done something like that?

I have fed full chicken legs etc to fish and admittedly the bones have sometimes eluded me once if falls apart. Having found a few after a few months they are pitted with loads of lil holes so presumably they are being disolved by acidity etc in the water. I dont know if this effects water quality or anything. Maybe it only effects the bone.

So long as it doesnt effect the water quality and therefore the fishes health i think it may work. Maybe other options would be better though?
