Does this dwarf gourami have iridovirus?

If so do I have to euthanize it [emoji17]?

It does not appear to be showing any symptoms of the Iridovirus. However, it could be carrying the virus.

The main issue I see on the fish is a fat bloated abdomen. This can be caused by too much food or an internal infection.

Is the fish still eating?
what does the fish's poop look like?
