Does Putting Tanks Near Heater Make The Water Warmer?

Hi,

I'm just curious but I wanna know if I moved my betta tanks near my heater (you know, the regular one at the bottom of the wall - nothing special), will it actually warm the water?

If the room temperature in that area is warmer, and you have no heater in the tank the tank will be the same as the warmer area.
