Here is how my tank looks atm:

I plan to have in it:

5 Mountain Cloud Minnows (already in)
6 Black Skirt Tetra's
3 Paradise Fish
3 African Dwarf Frogs
4 Filter Shrimp
2 Cockatoo Dwarf Cichlid

So I was wondering does my tank have enough hiding spots for these species? At the moment I only have one 'true' hiding spot which is the fake log, should I perhaps add another cave or larger rocks or is it good as it is?

A piece of bogwood, real or fake, and more plants, would be my suggestion. What type of paradise fish were you thinking of keeping and what size is your aquarium?

I do have another piece of drift wood, not sure where I would put it though.

We already have the paradise fish in the 'family' tank which is a Juwel Rio 300, they never look very happy though so I figured id put them in mine which is a Rio 125. I believe they are all female as none have the really long tails the males seem to have.

I agree with the more driftwood idea.

One other recommendation I will make, is add the paradise fish last. Even the females can be a little territorial.

After speaking to my local store owner ive decided to leave the Paradise Fish in the big tank, I think im going to have some Cherry Barbs instead, I think these will go nicely with the Minnows and Black Skirt's.

Also I updated the tank today, I've put in a big plant at the back, and swapped out the driftwood for a longer piece:

That big plant should help considerably. I would consider putting the other piece of driftwood in there as well though. Sort of stacked on the other at an angle but I understand it might be getting a little crowded in there! :)
