Does Kosher Salt Work For Treating Fish For Ich?

Title pretty well sums it up. I have a huge box of kosher salt and I just ran out of my last box of aquarium salt, and I am right in the middle of treating for ich and am about to perform a water change, but I don't know how to measure it properly because the grains are much finer then the aquarium salt I was using before. any ideas?

hmmm think you should be able to use the same amount for them.
