The female should be removed after spawning. The male should be the only fish in the tank during broodcare. When the tiny fry are out, he should be removed and you should be prepared for a very long period of feeding microscopic food.

I had those marbled gobies (similar to the bumblebees) which had fry. It took me quite long to raise those fry.
