I recently picked up some aquatic plants from my local pet store and I’m having trouble identifying them. It looks like the plant in the first photo might be Alternanthera Reineckii but I could be wrong. My best guess for the second one is some kind of Rotala species. Any help would be greatly appreciated:)

i think the first one is right
the second one looks emersed
you should plant it in your aquarium and the new growth may be more obvious to what it is
many plant farms plant half aquatic plants out of water, so they grow faster

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

There is a pink form of Alternanthera and the first plant might be that.

The second picture looks a bit like lobelia and is a garden plant.
