Does Anyone Have The Salifert Nitrate Kit?

Just sorting out my test kits & I seem to have lost the instructions to this one, could anyone who has it look at the leaflet for me & let me know how much tank water do I need to add, is it 1ml or 2ml? I can remember the rest, but cant remember how much water to put in.
