Every time i have to stick my hands into the tank, to add new plants etc, i get sucked on almost instantly by my fish, the mollys are the worst the black one a little devil lol, i'll move around the tank with him constantly attached to my arm.

It started the other day, my elbow felt weird so i looked through the side of the tank to see 2 mollys and a platy sucking away, how very weird but kinda cute at the same time

Anyways just wondered if anybody got this, or i've just got a very curious community of fish

well when i hand feed my africans i get a little nibble but that's not really wierd like your situation

My goldfish used to do that, they also would eat from my hand! I miss them.

My Platys will attach themselves to my fingers too, especially if they think I've got food!

My dwarf puffers always try to bite my fingers but their mouths are too small to do anything.

When I had tiger barbs, they did. My rosy barbs now do as well. They're a bad influence on my rainbowfish, they're starting in on me now too :flex:

yes! my mollies do that too! especially the black female mollie I had, it tickled lol..some of my bettas will jump up and suck on my finger if they think its food too, they are all little piggies.

My gouramis do all the time! you can't stop them, they either bite me, or "feel" me

My barbs and platies try to eat the freckles off my forearm. They seem quite disappointed when they don't get a meal out of it.

Silly fishies

yeah, my tigers do it all the time. But the funniest thing is that over time all the other fish have started following the Tiger Barbs example. first it was the platties, then the Sajicas started doing it, but as of about 2 weeks ago, I'm even geting the Clown Loaches having a suck every now and then!!!!

I have a black mollie who assures me that some part of my finger is made of food every time I do somthing in the tank
