Do Shrimp And Snails Catch Fish Diseases...?

i just wondered if shrimp and snails etc can catch diseases from fish... like ich, flukes etc etc

I dont think the majority of fish diseases effect shrimp. After all, shrimps have an exoskeleton rather than gills or scales. Ich for example is were the parasite burrows into the skin, so i couldn't see this affecting shrimp.
