Do my convict cichlid eggs still have a chance?

Some of my convict cichlid eggs have turned white but most of them still brown. I googled how long it should take for them to be wrigglers and it says 72 hours. They were laid at about 12pm on the 3rd. Does it matter if some of them are turning white?

When I mean some I literally mean 5 or so

Thanks

leave them alone, they will hatch when they hatch.
the time it takes to hatch is dependent on water temperature.
a few white eggs won't affect the others.

Update -

More eggs are turning white and even this stuff is occurring (image below)

It almost like mould. Do I leave it in or remove it?

Start hatching some brineshrimp eggs so you have food for them tomorrow.

Do I need to feed them as wrigglers? Or just free swimming? And I was just going to feed liquifry. Where would I get brine shrimp eggs?

Start feeding when they start swimming.

Liquid fry is not needed by baby cichlids. It is basically boiled egg yolk and water. You can make your own from a boiled egg and pushing the yolk through a handkerchief.

You can buy brineshrimp eggs from most pet shops or online.

The baby fish will take microworms too and you can get starter cultures from some pet shops or online.

The following link has info on making food for baby fish
