Not only is this a major dent in the value of your house but it also poses health risks! the damp can lead to pneumonia. I would disinfect the walls and try to keep your room ventilated as MH lamps will heat the surface of your water and increase the evaporation rate. a portable dehumidifier might be an idea However this is just might initial thoughts! Hopefully these hardened fish keepers have better suggestions
