Ok so I just set up a 10 gallon tank....and I was wondering if I have to wait awhile before I can put my betta in it?

Right now I can only put one of my boy bettas in...but eventually I am going to divide the tank up and put another 2 or so in.

I added some gravel from my already established tank to it but since Bettas breath from the surface does the tank need to be cycled before I put him in?

Also what is the best way to divide the tank up? I was thinking using some kinda mesh ....but I haven't a clue as to how to go about making a frame etc??

Oh yeah I also added a bucket of water from my older tank....so I can probably put the Betta in right?

If he's the only fish I don't think he's going to have enough of a bioload to cause a problem. Regular water changes should do the trick.

Yeah he is going to be the only fish for awhile....at least til I can figure out how to make some dividers then I'm going to add 1-2 more bettas to the tank.

Will adfs make a big bioload?

Hi Mandy,

Wow those are exactly what I need. Only problem is I am in Sweden.....do you know of a place that sells them internationally?

Thanks, Elisabeth
