I belive that all livebearers can handle some salt but i could be wrong i know that i had some feeder guppies in my brackish tank and the ones that didnt get eatten seemed to be fine but the key word is seemed sorry that rant was kinda useless oh well sorry :p

Yes guppys can tolerate aquarium salt.

Are you using it to treat something?

Yes, guppies do like a little salt in their water, but they don't actually need it.

It does help to control some of the more common livebearer diseases, so if there's nothing else in the tank that cannot tolerate salt (like plecs), go ahead and add it (But not too much!)
