If thats what you mean, normally crickets will do best. Possibly krill which is bigger, but I've never heard of brine shrimp, and frankly if it's not big, it normally doesn't catch their interests.

Yes FBT Fire Belly Toad is what I mean. But I feed my toads crickets. But you are most likely right. It is probably to small.
