Do Barbs Get Lonely

I think I need to get my angel fish a friend as he just looks bored, unfortunately that would start to crowd the tank. If I moved a few fish around ultimately leaving 1 tiger barb behind (he thinks he is a clown loach anyway) would he be miserable without any chums???

Whether or not your barb knows he's a barb, he belongs in a school of at least 6 of his own kind.

Suspected that might be the case he will have to say bye bye to his interesting non Barb friends and stick to his boring Barb family (his thoughts not mine)..they will have to wait to get back together until there is a bigger tank.
