Diy Water Fountain/ Fall

I want to know how to make a Water Fountain/ Fall for an amphibian aquaterrarium. Not those cheap ones where you just stack rocks on the pump. One where you have to actually make it. I have the pump already and I have seen people make it from layers of foam and then they put some stuff over it to cover it. but any help would be appreciated. Thank You

The "stuff" they put over the foam pieces is great stuff and then silicone or just silicone on the foam or the liquid cement that you can put on. I know they do it that way in dart frog tanks.

Ok but is all those products harmful to any frogs or other amphibians? Thanks
