Diy Cupboard Installation For Tank, Beginner, Help?

I will forward a pic of what im plannin to do. I am not the best at DIY but keen to give it a go so thats a start. The dimensions of my cupboard are: width 82cms, height 205 cms. My tank sits on a shelf inside it at 107cms high. I was plannin in having like cupboard doors below it and maybe above it. Anyone done anything similar or have any suggestions?
